Returns and Exchanges 

As each item is individually cut and hand-crafted and takes many hours to make. Please make sure you absolutely love an item before purchasing, as there are NO returns or exchanges at the moment. If there is an issue with the construction, we will gladly fix or exchange of the same quality. Please contact us within three days upon order’s arrival to discuss any issues. If you’re emailing us regarding an order issue, please indicate your order number on the subject. Thank you.
