How long will it take me to get my order?
Our goal is to process your order in a few days after order confirmation. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to review all details. Standard shipping, your order should arrive at its destination within 5-7 business days after it ships from our location. Email us if you would like to prioritize your order. 

Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

How can I pay for my order?
Buatique.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Diners Club, G Pay and American Express through Stripe Payment. We also accept payment via PayPal and Venmo.

How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, so we'll be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. We will provide a tracking number from our shipping carrier.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. If you need to cancel after order confirmation, please email us immediately at sabaidee@buatique.com.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, sometimes the wrong items may be shipped from our stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact us at sabaidee@buatique.com.
